Legal Form+Landlord Tenant+Rental Application Form

I had a patron come into the library looking for a rental application. We used to have a book that had all kinds of forms. Since we don't have it anymore I suggest that we go to our Database and look under Legal forms. Since she was the Landlord I looked under the tab for Landlord Tenant. From there we search for the rental application form that took us right to it. The patron was very impressed and she said that now she knows where to go for other legal forms.

It was pretty easy just following the steps in setting it up. I had already done this sometime ago.

Lesson 2 Part 3 Challenge: Word

I have to make a branch calendar each month using the information from Trumba. I copy and paste onto Word and then start to make my adjustments. I used the page layout to set the margins. Then I use the Insert to insert a picture or a graphic onto the calendar. Once I have the calendar in place I shade the rows that have the number of the days. I also you the delete rows function. These are some the basic things that I used but I have used more on other flyers.

I find this very interesting. Had no idea what a snipping tool was. Very cool.

This is not as easy as I thought.  But it looks like fun once I know what I am doing.

This looks like its going to be fun to do. I hope that I will be able to do all that is required to complete the course.
