A customer comes up to you and says
they think their Facebook account was hacked, but they’re not sure.
What would you do?
I would first of all let them know that
I could only offer them some suggestions of what they might need to do. I would
tell them that they might want to contact Facebook and let them know what they
suspect. Another suggestion would be for them to change their password. Once they are log in to Facebook to go and
check on their settings and change whatever they might need to change.
